How secure is CX 360 in terms of confidentiality?

Security is very important to the CX 360 team. We are GDPR compliant and abide by US privacy standards.
This solution has two viewing options. A link can be configured to be accessible by all or it can be password protected. Our public meeting solution is accessible by everyone, whereas our project meetings, workshops, or seminars are typically password protected.

What is the mode of delivery? What is the outcome?

CX 360 is delivered by a team of qualified people who will help you design and implement CX 360. We will start by going through our visual scoping process where we will outline the 360 environment and specify which features will fit your needs. Upon completion of the visual scoping process, you will receive an estimated cost and schedule for your consideration. If you decide to continue with CX 360, we will pair you with a team member who will implement your visual scoping document.
Once your CX 360 platform goes live, you will receive monthly usage reports and technical support during the lifecycle of your CX 360 platform.


Is CX 360 mobile and desktop friendly?

Yes, CX 360 can easily be accessed from desktop, tablets, and mobile devices from your web browsers, without needing to download any application.
